Hiring philosophy

Veyrnox hires against the same rule we build against: verify, don't assert. Every engineer who touches a code path that affects key material, signing, or the deniability boundary signs off on three principles before their first commit ships. First, every feature carries a status tag — BUILT, TESTNET, TARGET, or PLANNED — and no marketing copy outruns the tag. If the code says TARGET, the website says TARGET. Second, every claim links to evidence: a test, a txid, a device session log, or an audit entry. A claim without a link is a claim we don't make. Third, internal reviews are labelled INTERNAL, never dressed as independent. We hire people who are comfortable saying "this is not done yet" in a public changelog.

We do not hire for headcount. We hire when a specific security surface needs a specific person. The team is intentionally small — small enough that every member has read the full threat model and can explain why the seed is never presented as text. When we grow, the job description will be posted here with the same status-tag discipline as our features.

How we work

Veyrnox operates async-first. Decisions are written down before they are made, not after. Every architecture change starts as a short design note in the public docs, gets reviewed in the open, and only then enters the codebase. There are no "verbal approvals" — if it isn't documented, it didn't happen. The feature-status page is the source of truth for what exists; this page is the source of truth for who built it.

Security reports receive a response within 48 hours. Legal and press inquiries are typically answered within two business days. All channels are monitored by the founding team directly — no support tier stands between you and the people who built the product.
